Lisa Miller is the President and founder of Miller Broadcast Management, Inc. Established in 1984, MBM was the first nationally recognized company to represent Broadcast Talent and Management on a local and national level.
Prior to forming MBM, Lisa spent 15 years in the advertising industry. As Vice President of McCann Erickson and Earl Palmer Brown, Lisa was responsible for the national and regional broadcast campaigns for Coca-Cola, Miller Beer, Del Monte, Buick, Gillette, Exxon as well as other premier advertising clients. As the youngest Manager in both organizations, Lisa’s ability to create unique advertising strategies and generate millions in added value for her clients gained her the recognition and respect of the media industry. Her work in new business acquisition and as a forecaster in the broadcast industry, coupled with her strong relationships with broadcasters around the world, lead to the next phase of her career in talent management.
Since its inception, MBM has provided professional representation to hundreds of broadcast professionals whose careers have and continue to flourish and succeed under the guidance and insight provided by Lisa’s expertise in the broadcast industry. Lisa is also the Founder & President of KidsRadio, Inc. a radio format programmed by kids, for kids. Kids Radio engages local schools, and is the recipient of the Cardinal’s Communication Award for Professional Excellence in Broadcast by Joseph Cardinal Bernardin.
A native of Chicago, Lisa has lived in Washington, D.C., San Diego, Denver, Kansas City and Dallas. For the past 35 years she has resided in Chicago with her husband, NBC Meteorologist Brant Miller and her youngest son Joey Miller, a graduate of Meteorology from Purdue University. Her eldest son Matt Miller serves as Vice President of Miller Broadcast Management.
